Driven by a shared commitment to advancing affordable housing in communities nationwide, Sharing Connexion, Inc. announced today that it is supporting the mission of Habitat for Humanity International through its real estate donation program.
Sharing Connexion, Inc. – a nonprofit that provides affordable housing organizations and nonprofits nationwide with real estate expertise, funding, and preservation – helps charitable organizations handle valuable, and often complex real estate gifts. By facilitating and maximizing the original donation, Sharing Connexion also generates further value for the nonprofit and affordable housing communities by managing necessary improvements, shifting the financial risk off the nonprofit, supporting them in their development goals, and building resources and capacity to serve their missions. Through donations of real estate, Habitat will be able to further its efforts to help homeowners build a better life for themselves and for their families through safe, decent and affordable housing.
