Sharing Connexion Inc. Appoints Chérie Talbert as CEO
Denver, Colorado — Sharing Connexion Inc. (SCI), a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to providing innovative real estate solutions for nonprofits and affordable housing organizations, is proud to announce the appointment of Chérie Talbert as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2025.
Chérie will succeed Ed Anderson, SCI’s Founder and current CEO, who launched the organization ten years ago with a vision to bridge the gap between real estate and mission-driven impact. As SCI enters this next chapter, Ed will remain Chair of the Board and continue to be engaged in a strategic capacity to support the organization and its projects.
“After working with Chérie over the last two years, it’s clear she is the right leader to guide SCI into its next decade of growth and impact,” said Anderson. “Her seasoned background and values align perfectly with our mission. This transition allows me to remain actively involved while stepping back from day-to-day operations. The Board of Directors and I couldn’t be more confident and excited about this decision.”
Chérie brings a wealth of leadership experience to the role, including previous positions as CEO of the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver, District Manager for Title 32 Metro Districts and a State Authority, Senior Business Consultant, Commercial Real Estate Broker, and a Downtown Development Authority Executive. Most recently, she served asExecutive Director of SCI, further strengthening her deep understanding of the organization’s mission and potential.
